It has been a while since I have posted here, but for good reasons! Our web traffic is up over 50% and we are in more consistent contact with our previous clients... Is there a correlation there? I think so!
We have implemented a greeting card system that allows us to go through a website and develop a physical greeting card that is mailed to the customer through the USPS, in about a minute's time. We have the ability to upload our grip and grin picture with the customer and then have that picture be the image on the front of the greeting card (This costs $1.03 for the card)! We are also developing campaigns for each customer, which will automatically mail them one card every 3 months for the first year, and then every 6 months after the first year.... If you have a service department, which we don't, you can also upload coupon images inside of the cards, to boost revinue to that side of your business, too.
We all spend so much effort and money searching for new leads, that is boggles the mind some times. It took a couple months of my being here to convince my managers that we need to focus just as hard, if not harder on those satisfied customers we have all over the country and the world. Their word of mouth about our amazing pricing and service will sell more cars than buying leads ever will, in my opinion.
Now I'm not on this site to push products, but I am compelled to let others know what we have implemented that is working for us.
