I am a firm believer in that you can't say thank you enough to your customers. Companies that provide services to help busy car sales professionals say "thank you" really help to streamlines the process.

As a car sales pro in South Florida, I would always keep a pack of thank you cards in my desk and take time to hand write a note to each customer. Now with time at a premium it gets more challenging. Also I do not feel that sending a thank you note via email is very sincere. When a customer spends thousands of dollars buying a vehicle they rate something a bit more special. All you sales pros out there explore all the options and ways to say thank you and use it often.
