CAR DEALERS ---> SETTING UP A NETWORK

Hey all...

listen ma boss keeps tellin me to get in contact with loads of dealers in a particular state and then to setup a network so that when we provide leads to any of the others also have a decent chance (in case of a car being unavailable at one lessay etc) of scoring ... i need a lil help coz im not able to get through to the internet managers or explain how our plan of action allows a more flexible system in order for auto sales to occur in the first place... i know its a big eats small market but im gonna try levelling it up a bit so that all my clients can hit decent sales and customers arent lost to others...

any ideas that click, sites i may visit or direct contact would be wonderful.. thanx all
