We run a couple dealer blogs strictly for SEO purposes. They are extremely effective for this, primarily because of the specialized RSS Marketing formula behind them. You can view them here: http:... Read More »

While a "shameless" plug speaks for itself, one thing I like about this network is the lack of restriction. There are a few others out there but they are full of restriction so I lose interest qui... Read More »

Irrelevant Google Ads

Ever pay attention to the "Ads by Google" on these Ning networks? They are completely irrelevant to the audience.

Seriously, look at them.

Right now I see ones for "suzukiauto.com, carbuyingdiscounts.com, ccjeep.localplacements.com, dealix.com," etc.

Hey Ryan! I'd be happy to put you in contact with someone about advertising opportunities on our site. Is there a good way to contact you?

thanks for the comment Ryan. I spend about 30 miutes every other day on the myspace site. I haven't changed it as much or as often as i would like as far as layoutand whatnot. but i use that time to send out hapy birthday comments to "friends" and reading messages. I try to post blogs that resond to questions from those messages.

The initial set up took about an hour. That includes me finding HTML for a layout that I wanted and adding our first few friends, which were maily the ladies in the office and salesmen and managers. From there our friends list grew by friends of employees and branched outfrom there.

I try to change the layout according to the season. When there is no holiday I use a brand specific layout.

Any suggesttions are welcome. You can see our Myspace page by going to www.myspace.com/rainbowcdj

No, we are not nearly big enough to benefit from the NADA convention. Thanks for the friend invite. Keep on blogging and I'm sure we'll talk later.
