From Visitor to Lead to Sale: It's all about impressions

Does price sell cars? You all should know the answer to that: a big, resounding "No!"

In today's Internet heavy automotive marketplace, converting visitors to leads and leads to sales comes down to impressions. Give the buyer what they want and they will buy. If you don't, they'll find someone who will.

Assuming that you have visitors to your website, the process of turning them into a lead starts immediately upon them hitting the site. First impression is important here. What d…

While looking for info to help my salespeople with used car sales, I stumbled upon your article "Questions to Ask that Make Your Salesperson Squirm". I believe everyone has a right to the opinion, and I wanted to let you know that your "Christian Values" are askew. You were either a very dishonset salesperson before or your advocation of of making others uncomfortable to have "a little fun" makes you a little sadistic now. Some of your advice would only serve to make the process more painful for the customer. If you ever bothered to pick up a Bible you could not find a passage that calls profit a sin. I'll let you in on a little secret, the next time you're at the grocery store remember that the grocer paid a lower price that he is asking you to pay.
