Subject: Is your F & I manager a thief?

Not a common thief, but a Market Thief. Our competitor’s salespeople are begging to work at our dealership and it’s started to cause some problems. Although they’re hesitant to give the reason for the sudden change in dealership loyalty, it’s obvious the source of their motivation – our finance manager.
