Any Ideas on "Skating" ?????????

I am not sure how to handle all of the Internet Skating that goes on at my dealership I know many of you go through the same thing it seem like EVERYDAY I find some know of skate what are some policies At any dealerships have in place?? I keep getting told "They Did not ask for you?" then, it is everyone shops on line the best one yet well I worked with them for over a hour they have good credit so when I saw they wre your customer in the CRM tool I did not think it mattered as you only talke…

Ebay Local Market

I want to know what luck any one has had with the Ebay Local market??? My GM and GSM as Hot on this and I want to see if any one knows about marketing stragatys and buyer shopping trends that have worked for any of you. It all sounds good over the phone but yuo all know how that goes...
