Tough times

I would have to say our current biggest challenge involves financing for customers. You do all you can with online marketing, get your hits, work the lead, make the sale and it all blows up because of financing. Either we can't get the loan done or the interest rate is astounding and it inflates the payment. I manage used car internet sales for four dealerships - Jeep, Chrysler (soon to include Dodge), Mitsubishi and Suzuki. Not the strongest group. Any ideas or directions you could point us in?…
