About Me:: I've been in the car business since nam...well, maybe not that long. But thats ok! I've been in the business long enough to know what I need to know. A few years back I started a blog; DealerRefresh, dedicated to the Internet Sales Managers out there struggling for more information. Since then, it has morphed into one of the most recognized websites this side of the dealer business.

Consumers are changing AND the way they shop, gather information and communicate has quickly changed the dealer landscape. My goal is to help pioneer new ways for dealers wanting to educate themselves while pushing the marketing and technology envelope with todays consumer and market place. I FEED on New Marketing trends and continuously strategize on how dealers can apply New Marketing and technology to help maximize their business while improving their internal sales and service processes.
